...If you can make your living
doing what you love, then your work and your play become one. That's the American Dream.......
American Dream's first public performance with original guitarist and older brother Jesse was on a Mardi Gras float in the
Pass Parade of '99 and 2000.Then in July of 2000 we played for the Gulf Coast Vietnam Veteran's Fourth of July parade.
We began playing local clubs, partys and weddings. In 2001 American Dream took part in a benefit for the victims of 9-11
raising money for the Red Cross.American Dream has always felt a need to perform for worthy causes when the opportunity presents
itself, including a silent auction held byThree Doors Down at Casino Magic and on Nov,19,2004 a benefit for the March of Dimes
at the Imperial Palace.
Jimmy (Big Jim) Noonan was the founding member of the Dream. He has been playing guitar since he was teenager back in
N.Y. After playing for years in various rock bands
He has found a home here on the coast. His fingers weave a tapestry of sound that hyptnotize the audience and absorbs
them in his smooth style. He is the "Heart" that drives the Dream
Jimmy (Horse) Noonan is the son of Jim Noonan and the
voice of the Dream. His ability to poetically blend melodic highs and lows at will let him transform the classic and contemporary
into his own personal form
David Noonan is also the son of Big Jim Noonan. David's spectrum of musical influence ranges from old-time swing and
classic rock to hard-core metal and smooth motown. He is an artist of the purest sense
Danny Thomas original member of R&B Group Con Funk Shun, is now performing with American Dream Band out of GulfPort
