Dear Mr. Noonan,

The Gulf Coast Vietnam Veterans Association Fourth of July Parade

Committee would like to thank you and all the members of the band for participating in the

new millennium 2000 parade.The parade was a tremendous success and the response from

those attending was wonderful.This was our 5th parade and each year the participants and

the number of people watching the parade has grown.People are already asking to be included

in next years parade.

Your participation in this year's parade made it one of our best yet.In previous

years,we have tried to get live music in the parade,but have never been successful.We hope

you will remember us again next year.

I realize you could have been enjoying the day somewhere else.but you

obviously felt as we do,that it is extremely important for our youth to remember our Independence

day.It is thanks to our veterans that we all enjoy our freedom.

Your participation shows your dedication to all veterans.People will surely know

that patriotism is alive and well on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.Hope to see you next year
